1. Our Repair Warranty
All repairs performed by Chenbalo Ltd come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering:
- Replacement parts installed during the repair
- Workmanship and labour quality
- Functionality of the repaired component
2. What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers defects in:
- Screen Repairs: Dead pixels, touch response issues, display faults
- Battery Replacements: Premature capacity loss, swelling, charging issues
- Other Repairs: Component failure related to our repair work
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty is void if:
- Physical damage occurs after repair (drops, cracks, liquid damage)
- The device has been opened or repaired by another party
- Damage caused by software issues, malware, or user error
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The repair cannot be completed and we notify you
- The same issue recurs within 14 days despite a repair attempt
- You cancel before repair work begins
- We agree the repair is unsatisfactory and cannot be remedied

- Provide your repair reference number and reason for refund
- Bring the device to our location for inspection if required
- We will assess and respond within 5 working days
6. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds: Processed within 14 days
- Payment method: Refunded to original payment method
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days
7. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may apply when:
- Parts have been ordered but repair is cancelled
- Diagnostic work has been completed
- Some repair work was successful but additional issues arise
8. Repair Before Refund
In most cases, we will offer to repair or re-repair the device before processing a refund. This allows us to:
- Identify and rectify any issues quickly
- Get your device working as expected
- Maintain our quality standards
9. Damaged or Lost Devices
In the unlikely event your device is damaged or lost while in our care:
- We will offer a replacement of equivalent value
- Or provide monetary compensation up to the device's market value
- Our liability is limited as outlined in our Terms & Conditions
10. Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to:
- Services performed with reasonable care and skill
- Remedies if services are not performed satisfactorily
- A refund if issues cannot be fixed within a reasonable time
